Quality Warranty

SIRAC Heat Pumps like water to water and air source heat pump, are manufactured to an extremely high standard. The components have been selected to provide exceptional efficiency and reliability. SIRAC warrants to the original owner of the Heat Pump that under normal use and maintenance of the products will be free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is limited in duration as follows:

FULL ONE YEAR WARRANTY – During the first year after purchase, SIRAC will, through its Authorized Distributors, and free of charge to the user, repair or replace any parts which are defective in material and workmanship. The replacement part can be a new or re-manufactured part as provided at SIRAC'S sole option.

LIMITED EXTENDED TWO YEAR COMPRESSOR WARRANTY – During the second through third years after date of original purchase, the Compressor carries parts only limited warranty. (Labour, travel transport costs and refrigerant is excluded) SIRAC shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, exemplary, special or punitive damages, or for loss of revenue, profit or use, arising out of breach of this warranty (including but not limited to damage resulting from condensate leakage) or in connection with the sale, maintenance, use, operation or repair of any SIRAC product. In no event will SIRAC be liable for any amount greater than the purchase price of a defective component. This limited warranty does not cover products that have been damaged as a result of accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, improper installation, failure of internal piping or components due to freezing conditions, scale build up or fouling of the heat exchanger, improper maintenance, or failure to operate the heat pump in accordance with the SIRAC written instructions, failure to start due to voltage conditions, blown fuses, open circuit breakers or any other damages caused by the inadequacy or interruption of electrical services and damage as a result of floods,winds, fires, lightning, accidents, corrosive environment, or other conditions beyond the control of SIRAC.

SIRAC is a leading heat pump manufacturer in China found in 1995, supplying air source heat pump, heat pump water heater, water to water heat pump, EVI heat pump and swimming pool heat pump.

Today, with two manufacturing bases covering an area of 90,000sqt, SIRAC designs, manufactures and markets heat pump units at an annual output of 50,000 sets.

Sirac's core products are air source heat pump and brine/water to water heat pump. In China, heat pump is used to provide domestic hot water in applications such as college apartment buildings, hotels and hospitals. In Europe, Sirac heat pumps are installed primarily in house heating projects. Unlike conventional air cooled chillers, our heat pumps are specially designed for heating. Hence the heating COP is much higher.
